To begin getting home care services from VNA Health Care, just call one of the admissions and information numbers listed below and speak with a nurse. We will contact the patient’s physicians for any necessary authorization of services, verify insurance coverage and arrange for the first home visit. Our staff will work with the patient, family members and other health care providers to help determine the services you need and then to develop a personalized, comprehensive care plan.
