VNA Health Care diabetes nurses can provide education and support for you so you can learn to manage your disease. We can also provide you with home delivered meals that meet your dietary requirements.
I suffered a heart attack recently and am no longer able to drive or manage my housekeeping. What can I do?
VNA Health Care can provide you with a personal care attendant or homemaker who can take over your housekeeping chores and run errands for you.
I think I need home care but I’m not sure what services I need.
