The nutritionally balanced ready-to-eat meals are delivered right to your door and can be specially prepared to meet any medical or dietary requirements, including kosher, diabetic, low-salt, or puree.
Home Health Telemonitoring
The telemonitoring program gives you and family members the peace of mind that nurses are watching your condition around the clock. The program uses an in-home telemonitoring system to monitor your vital signs and other health indicators. A nurse will intervene at the first sign of health concerns and thus reduce the likelihood that you will need emergency room care or hospitalization.
