Bereavement Support Offered at Family Services of Greater Waterbury
WATERBURY, CT-April 23, 2009-Coping with the loss of a loved one can be overwhelming. VNA HealthCare, in partnership with Family Services of Greater Waterbury, will hold an educational workshop on Tuesday, May 19 at Family Services, 34 Murray St. for those grieving the death of a loved one.
Lisa Stanley, LPC, Bereavement Specialist at VNA HealthCare Hospice will discuss what to expect, styles of grieving, normal grief responses and healthy grieving strategies. The session will run from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 and is free and open to the public. There is free parking available on site.
